Three young men were gravely injured in a bomb explosion that apparently targeted a construction businessman in Tirana on Wednesday.
Albania saw an increased use of small explosive devices during the last few years targeting properties, cars and individuals engaged in business disputes. Police says that they have currently dismantled a contract killing ring responsible for several killings by gun or explosions. Still, bombs continued to explode after the arrest of the contract killer.
In the last event it seems that the hit man had monitored the movement of the targeted victim and exploded the bomb in distance at the moment when the construction businessman Armand Ceka, 33, entered in his property.
